Patient focused care is a way of providing dental services that puts your needs and preferences at the center of your treatment. It means that we listen to you, understand your situation, and help you achieve your dental health goals. Here is our process for doing that:
Providing patient focus care is not just a goal, but one of our core values at Taylor Made Smiles.
This is a common and important question from many prospective patients, and it is important to note that we do file with most insurance companies, and they typically pay us directly.
The reason we are not an in-network or preferred provider for most plans is not simple, but the most straightforward answer is that we are not able to provide the patient focused care we prioritize and be listed as preferred providers by most insurance companies. When choosing between having more patients, and being able to practice patient focused care, our core values make the decision clear for us.
We do file with most insurance companies, and they typically pay us directly which means there will be little or no difference in what you need to do when seeing an out of network dentist. Your out of pocket costs may be slightly higher. Often, but not always, we find these cost impacts to be negligible when viewed against the full costs of a quality dental care plan.
We are more than just a group of dental professionals. We are a caring, friendly, and community-oriented family that values your oral health and well-being. We have been serving Monroe for nearly 40 years, and we have an experienced and long-term staff that will greet you with a warm smile every time you visit. We treat each patient with helpfulness, sincerity, and respect, and we make sure you are comfortable and satisfied with every procedure. You can trust us to give you the smile you deserve.
At Taylor Made Smiles, we are committed to providing patient focused care that is tailored to your specific needs and preferences. We aim to deliver long term oral care that is both high-quality and affordable. We use the latest technology, materials, and techniques, but only when they benefit our patients. For instance, we can make same day crowns that are as durable and aesthetic as lab made crowns, but without the hassle of temporary crowns or second appointments. We also have 3D imaging that can help us diagnose complex issues and refer you to specialists when needed. However, we do not offer in-office whitening, because we believe that custom tray options are more cost-effective and produce the same results in the long run. We want you to have the best smile possible, and we will work with you to achieve it.
You have already taken a brave and important step by deciding to visit a dental office, even if your teeth are in bad shape and you haven’t seen a dentist in a long time. We want to congratulate you for your courage and determination, and we want to assure you that we are here to help you without any judgment. We will work with you to create a plan that will address your immediate dental needs, and help you achieve long term oral health. We will follow our patient focused care process, which means we will listen to your concerns, examine your teeth and gums, and recommend the best treatment options for your situation. We will also explain the costs, benefits, risks, and alternatives of each procedure, and answer any questions you might have. We will make sure you are comfortable and satisfied with every visit, and we will support you along the way. We are confident that we can help you restore your dental health and smile, and we look forward to seeing you soon.
